• Protein Oatmeal

    • 3/4c – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 40g raw oats, dash of cinnamon, 1 scoop Paradigm protein, 1tbsp nut butter, ½ tbsp syrup or honey, and handful of berries

      • Heat up almond milk on stove top, mix in protein then add the oats, cinnamon, and nut butter. Once cooked, remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Add honey or syrup and top with berries of choice.

  • Protein Muffin in a Mug

    • 1/3c uncooked oats (365 brand or Quaker Oats), 1 scoop of paradigm protein, 1tsp honey, 1tbsp Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ½ banana mashed, 1/2tsp vanilla extract. Add cinnamon to taste.

      • Microwave for 90 seconds and drizzle 1tbsp of nut butter on top (365 brand). Note: This will be more dense like a muffin vs oatmeal

  • Protein Pancakes

    • 3/4c Birch Benders pancake mix with 1/2c water and ½ scoop Paradigm Protein -or- 1c Kodiak Cakes flapjack mix with 1c water and ½ scoop Paradigm Protein.

      • Mix ingredients together and pour pancake batter into the pan on the stovetop. You can also follow directions pancake box to make them into waffles
